I offer a range of specialist hands-on remedial massage therapies to relieve soft tissue and sports related injuries, assist with rehabilitation, relieve muscle tension and pain. These therapies include deep tissue sports massage, advanced clinical massage, TMJ release therapy, Holistic hot stone therapy and pregnancy massage. These treatments use protocols that include myofascial release, trigger point therapy and acupressure.
I also offer Clinical Lymphatic Drainage & Post Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Trained at The Lymph Academy this is a unique blend of Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and traditional Vodder MLD. Fully qualified to treat MLD on post operative patients from a range of surgeries – cosmetic or other.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
Prior to your treatment you will need to complete a full consultation and postural assessment. This will enable your therapist to fully understand the nature of your injury and the symptoms that you are experiencing. A specific treatment plan will then be tailored to suit your needs. After care advice and stretching exercises will be given after each session.
HOW LONG IS THE TREATMENT?
Treatment sessions are 60, 75 or 90 minutes depending on the nature of treatment required which will be discussed prior to making your appointment. Please note that for all first time clients the consultation will take approximately 15 minutes which will reduce the duration of the hands on treatment on your first visit.

JING ADVANCED CLINICAL MASSAGE
This full body massage is a system of bodywork that focusses on the muscular system, skeletal system and the subtle energy/chi systems of the body. A deep tissue massage that targets the whole body, releasing areas of tension and stress through techniques such as shiatsu, acupressure, ayurvedic and remedial sports massage. Recommended for those who have several areas of tension throughout their body. This treatment is highly effective in releasing stress, postural issues and muscular tightness.
